Protecto Sill Pan Flashing™ is a cold applied self-adhering membrane composed of a tough cross laminated High Density Polyethylene surface coated on one side with a layer of our proprietary asphalt / recycled butyl hybrid adhesive.

- Custom designed 1 piece sill flashing tape that conforms to the rough sill to create a continuous sill pan

- Completely seals sill corners to prevent water damage

- Easily conforms to the sill corners to provide a clean 90 degree corner without excessive buildup

- 120 Day UV exposure rating

- Fully adhered system

- Seals around properly installed fasteners

- Compatible with and will adhere to most construction surfaces¹
