A modified liquid polymer with resin composition and particle size distribution designed specially for bonding of fresh concrete, stucco, mortar, or plaster in patching, plastering and topping applications. It is easily applied and bonds tighly to concrete, wood, cinder block, metal, brick, asphalt and masonry. It does not re-emulsify when exposed to water or extreme moist conditions.
